Return Process

  Log into your InfinixStore account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the product is in its original condition, factory reset to remove personal data, and packed securely in the original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories.

  Ship to Service Center

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
